About
The motto here is growth, not grades. Few will achieve a perfect study score in English, but absolutely everyone can improve. I know, because I’ve had the privilege of helping students across the board. Each has proven that they can stretch and achieve more.
Success is simple: keep going at your studies, day by day, little by little, or as Anne Lamott said, “bird by bird”.
The more people I can help enjoy (yes, it’s possible!) English, the closer we get to a more compassionate and united world.
This is because books are windows to interpreting ourselves, and the world around us. What lies between the covers of your English books are often lessons, problems, and desires relevant to us today.
If we learn to think more critically, analytically, taking lessons from the protagonists across our pages, we are all better for it.
By that measure, growth is not really about the grade. It’s about you.
